PRODUCT USES:   Premium, concentrated liquid detergent formulated for the manual washing of pots and pans, glasses, utensils and dishes.

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    For best results use a three (3) sink cleaning procedure of Cleaning / Rinsing / Sanitizing.

  • Scrape and pre-rinse surface food soils into a trash receptacle
  • Sink #1 - Wash in a solution of 1 oz. of detergent to 6 gallons of hot water.
  • Sink #2 - Rinse with clean water
  • Sink #3 - Sanitize with an approved sanitizer
  • Place sanitized ware on a clean, sanitized surface for air drying.
