An Iowa native, Jan moved down to Gulf Breeze, Florida in 1989 to take over operation of a failing coin-operated laundry route. “I called on every apartment complex and hotel in the area in order to generate new coin laundry business. I worked 12 – 16 hour days and had didn’t have much success at first.” Eventually she turned the failing route operation into a successful and thriving business which is alive and well in 2018.
In 2002, Robert (Jan’s son) joined Titus Coin Laundry as a route revenue collector and has risen through the ranks to his current position as Vice President. Robert has been the driving force behind adding a successful parts & service division; independent laundromat consultation division; and service division. Robert provides assistance to on-site technicians who encounter technical issues with laundry equipment (reprogramming credit card readers; proper diagnosis of problems (writing root-cause analysis). Robert is also the on-site Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions guru and IT geek.
Bruce has been in the laundry industry for over 40 years. Bruce’s experience in service and repair of laundry equipment to the ordering and management of a parts inventory have proven invaluable to Titus. Bruce’s wisdom and knowledge are the building blocks of our service department and his dedication to his job and our company make him an irreplaceable asset.

Titus Commercial Laundry provides coin laundry services to apartments, hotels, motels, military establishments, and institutions; equipment, chemical and parts sales; laundry equipment repair.
From 2002 – 2010 Titus’ primary focus was on growing their coin op market share. Even in depression-like conditions, Titus experienced steady growth in coin laundry acquisitions allowing them to expand into other service markets, such as parts/service; linen cleaning; consultation services.
In 2011, Titus moved its corporate office to Freeport, Florida. That move brought about new relationships to Titus, one being with professional laundry equipment manufacturer, Electrolux . Titus remains the exclusive distributor of Electrolux Professional Laundry machines throughout the Emerald Coast of Florida, Tallahassee, and lower-middle Alabama. To help promote this division, Titus hired a sales and marketing director and a small sales force to carry the message of Electrolux to our customers!
