PRODUCT USES:   An economical, non-fuming, acid detergent used to remove lime deposits from kitchen equipment and utensils. Ideal for dishmachines.

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE WEAR GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT.

    For steam tables and coffee urns

  • Soak equipment in a solution of 1 part product to 4 parts water.
  • Soak until deposits can be brushed away. Rinse well.

    • For dishmachines

  • Drain tank
  • Fill tank with clean water to just below the overflow pipe.
  • Add 1 pint per 25 gallons of water. For heavy deposits increase concentration.
  • Turn on the heater and circulate the solution until clean.
  • Drain machine and refill with clean water. Drain again and air dry
  • Follow normal startup procedure
    • DO NOT use on concrete, terrazzo or galvanized metal surfaces.
